What You’ll Do

  • Integrations Expert: Implement APIs and integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems for a unified tech ecosystem.
  • Optimize & Innovate: Continuously improve existing processes and stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and trends.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver prototypes, and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
  • Maintain Excellence: Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the platform’s performance and reliability.

What We’re Looking For

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting, configuration, and administration.
    • Expertise in ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CMDB.
    • Familiarity with ServiceNow Studio, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to analyze complex challenges and craft elegant solutions.

  • Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Innovation Enthusiast: Eagerness to learn, adapt, and leverage cutting-edge tools and practices.

  • Certifications (Preferred): ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or any relevant certifications.
