What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years managing ServiceNow ITSM implementations with a track record of success.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules, workflows, and integrations. ITIL certification is a bonus!
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, drive projects, and inspire innovation.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with scripting, integrations, and ServiceNow configurations.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and present ideas persuasively.
