• Design & Implementation: Lead the architecture and customization of ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet organizational needs.

• Data Management: Oversee data integrity, ensuring the accurate migration, integration, and maintenance of HR information.
• Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on support for ServiceNow configurations, resolving complex issues, and performing system upgrades.
• Training & Support: Empower teams through knowledge-sharing and training on HRSD tools and best practices.
