What You'll Do

  • System Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  • Customization & Configuration: Design and implement tailored solutions using ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or others based on business needs.
  • Integrations: Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications to ensure smooth data flow.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Governance & Compliance: Maintain platform integrity by adhering to best practices, conducting regular system audits, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Mentorship: Guide junior administrators and developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator with a strong portfolio of implemented solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules and capabilities, including scripting, workflow creation, and system upgrades.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and their application in a ServiceNow environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or relevant specialized certifications are a plus.
