ServiceNow HR Business Analyst – About the Role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HR Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a talented individual who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. As part of our team, you will work closely with HR stakeholders and IT professionals to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions that enhance the employee experience and streamline HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for ServiceNow HRSD solutions.

  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement within HR processes and work with the team to implement effective, automated solutions through the ServiceNow platform.

  • Solution Design: Design and document scalable, user-friendly HR service delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.

  • Customization and Configuration: Customize ServiceNow HR modules, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Document Management, and Service Catalog, to ensure seamless functionality.

  • Testing and Validation: Develop test cases, conduct functional testing, and ensure solutions are meeting the defined requirements and business objectives.

  • Training and Support: Provide training to HR teams and end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of ServiceNow HRSD solutions and providing ongoing support.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery or similar HR platforms.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including case management, knowledge management, and employee lifecycle management.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD modules and experience in configuration, customization, and implementation is highly desirable.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with ServiceNow scripting for process automation is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
