What You’ll Do:

???? Strategic Vision & AI Leadership:

• Define AI technical strategies that align with client business goals.
• Translate business challenges into actionable, AI-driven solutions.

???? AI Solution Design:

• Architect scalable AI models, integrating with cloud and on-prem systems.
• Select best-fit technologies for AI/ML deployment models and tools.

???? Collaborative Innovation:

• Partner with data scientists, engineers, and business consultants to design, test, and deploy AI use cases.
• Lead conversations on AI ethics, security, and best practices.

???? Operational Excellence:

• Implement MLOps pipelines to support continuous AI/ML delivery and innovation.
• Conduct audits to ensure models meet quality, scalability, and security benchmarks.

• Serve as a trusted AI advisor for product strategy and client solutions.
• Break down complex challenges, delivering insights that drive business growth.

What You Bring:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience leading AI/ML development and architecture projects.
• Expertise in full AI solution lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Proven ability to design scalable machine learning and Generative AI models.
• Experience translating business needs into technical strategies.
• Ability to travel (0-25%) as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degrees (Master’s or Ph.D.) preferred.
• Certifications in AI/ML and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and multimodal AI models.
• Expertise in cloud-native AI deployments and MLOps pipelines.
