What You'll Do:

???? Conduct groundbreaking AI/ML research that unlocks insights from biological and chemical datasets
???? Develop and apply AI tools to genomics, proteomics, and drug discovery pipelines
???? Collaborate with a dynamic team of scientists across fields like infectious diseases, vaccine development, and neuroscience
???? Handle Big Data using advanced computational frameworks and bioinformatics techniques
???? Innovate with cutting-edge tools such as AlphaFold, DiffDock, MolBert, and Graph Neural Networks


What You Bring to the Table:

Minimum Qualifications:
? PhD in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field with emphasis on AI/ML
? Proven research track record with peer-reviewed publications
? Experience handling large biological/chemical datasets and computational tools
? Proficiency with bioinformatics data formats (FASTA, BAM, VCF, etc.)
? Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills

Preferred Qualifications:
???? Mastery in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other AI frameworks
???? Expertise in AI models like Transformers, Embeddings, and Graph Neural Networks
???? Ability to operationalize and scale new models and pipelines
???? Creativity in extending tools like AlphaFold and MolBert to novel applications
