???? Develop & Implement AI Models: Create innovative solutions for document digitization using OCR and RAG technologies via Azure Document Intelligence and WatsonX.
???? Leverage GPT Models: Build NLP-driven solutions using Generative Pre-trained Transformers (GPT) and AI cloud services.
???? AI-Powered Process Automation: Design intelligent systems to replace manual processes and boost operational efficiency.
???? Seamless Integration: Merge AI solutions with existing applications to streamline workflows and optimize processes.
???? Document & Deploy: Maintain comprehensive documentation and deploy models via CI/CD pipelines on cloud platforms.
???? Test & Validate: Ensure models deliver accurate, real-world results through rigorous testing.
???? Big Data Analysis: Process large document sets to continuously refine AI models.
???? Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams to design and optimize AI-driven solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
? 5+ years of IT development experience
???? Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
???? Proven experience in AI model development (OCR, RAG, GPT)
???? Strong programming skills in Python (Java experience a plus)
???? Experience with REST APIs and application integration
???? Understanding of ML algorithms and best practices
???? Detail-oriented problem-solving skills and strong teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
?? Experience deploying AI models on Cloud platforms
???? Knowledge of WatsonX & Watson Machine Learning
