If so, UTMB Health is searching for an EHR Clinical Solutions Analyst to join our dynamic ITS Imaging team!

What You'll Do:

???? Support & Optimize Clinical Applications: Lead troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of a diverse portfolio of clinical imaging applications, including PACS, VNA, and other diagnostic tools across Radiology, Cardiology, Oncology, and Ophthalmology.

???? Complex Systems Integration: Enhance interoperability between imaging systems and Epic EMR, leveraging industry standards like DICOM, HL7, and FHIR.

???? Project Leadership: Spearhead major upgrades, system implementations, and optimizations, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to define requirements and deliver exceptional results.

???? Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, implement best practices, and elevate clinical workflows for better patient care.

???? Training & Documentation: Create comprehensive user guides, deliver training sessions, and develop troubleshooting resources.

???? Collaborate: Serve as the key liaison between clinical departments and ITS, ensuring that technology aligns with operational goals.

What You Bring to the Table:

? Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience supporting clinical applications in healthcare
• Expertise with PACS, VNA, and diagnostic imaging systems
• Proficiency in healthcare data standards (DICOM, HL7, FHIR)
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for clinical applications and server environments
• Proven project management experience for system upgrades and integrations
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

? Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating AI and analytics tools in imaging workflows
• Familiarity with third-party healthcare applications
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results
