The Strategic Aerospace Department is seeking dynamic and innovative professionals ready to revolutionize UAS/Avionics systems for the US Air Force (USAF).

???? This role offers remote flexibility in select states or an alternate work location in San Antonio, TX.

???? What You'll Achieve:

• Pioneer AI Solutions: Develop cutting-edge, physics-based AI/ML models that redefine aerospace capabilities.
• Shape AI Architectures: Serve as a system architect, designing AI frameworks that transform avionics systems and sensor fusion technologies.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with scientists, engineers, and analysts to create next-generation solutions for complex aerospace challenges.
• Lead Innovation: Write proposals, publish research articles, and represent the organization at industry conferences.
• Validate Excellence: Ensure AI/ML algorithms meet stringent design and system requirements for aerospace applications.

???? Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI-driven solutions for embedded avionics systems and subsystems.
• Engineer advanced sensor fusion algorithms for aircraft systems.
• Monitor AI/ML research progress, ensuring adherence to project goals.
• Lead multidisciplinary efforts to integrate AI-related hardware and systems.

????? Skills & Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, AI, Systems Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with:
  • AI/ML development in Python, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
  • Firmware development
  • Applying AI/ML to Data Science
• Strong understanding of AI systems for aerospace applications.
• US Citizenship & Security Clearance Eligibility (Government security investigation required).
• Valid driver’s license for occasional on-site requirements.
