In this hybrid role, you’ll be collaborating with business partners to optimize our content systems, ensuring that our AI and technology tools align seamlessly with our business priorities and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Evaluation: Analyze our current content architecture—structure, categorization, and flow—across all platforms to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Technology Research: Stay ahead of emerging technologies like AI, Adobe, Acrolinx, and Coveo, evaluating their potential impact on content strategy and user interaction.
- Future-Proofing: Develop a comprehensive set of recommendations for optimizing and modernizing the content strategy to stay relevant in a tech-driven landscape.
- Enhanced User Experience: Identify opportunities to simplify navigation and improve information accessibility, providing a seamless experience for all users.
- Align with Business Goals: Design a content framework that aligns with business objectives, ensuring consistency, clarity, and relevance across platforms.
- Optimize Platforms: Leverage existing platforms to reduce risk while aligning with the latest technological advancements in content management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Expertise: Strong understanding of content management systems, UX design, search engine optimization, and AI.
- Analytical Mindset: Proven experience in evaluating and optimizing content architecture and digital platforms.
