Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate autonomy-driven solutions for our clients.
• Implement machine learning algorithms, both modern and traditional, to power decision support systems.
• Identify and pursue new applications, industries, and clients for advanced automation.

Day-to-Day:

• Design and deploy state-of-the-art ML solutions for diverse AI applications.
• Collaborate with team members to find effective solutions to complex problems.
• Contribute to the development of tools and methodologies that advance our research capabilities.
• Work directly with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored technical solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 0-5 years of relevant academic research or industry experience. MS and PhD candidates should have hands-on work with machine learning or AI.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python and Git.
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Flutter, React.js, Docker, or Kubernetes preferred.
  • Experience in decision support tools, full-stack development, or Agile environments is a plus.
• Special Requirements:
  • U.S. citizenship and eligibility for government security clearance.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license.
  • Experience in meeting HIPAA ePHI and DoDI 8500.1 cybersecurity requirements is a plus.
