This hybrid role, based in Atlanta, GA, or near any of our US DBU branches (including Indianapolis and Columbus, IN), will allow you to make an impact across multiple functions with cutting-edge technology and leadership.
What You’ll Do:
As an integral member of our Senior IT Leadership Team, you’ll guide our strategic direction and innovate the way we connect with our customers. Here's how:
Strategic Leadership
- Shape the future of IT by contributing to key IT Strategies, focusing on Salesforce and CRM applications.
- Oversee financial management across the team, including AOP, budget control, and forecasting.
- Drive team performance and talent growth through development plans, mentoring, and global team management.
- Provide comprehensive Management Reports to senior leadership, showcasing team performance, metrics, and deliverables.
Salesforce & Digital Transformation Champion
- Transform Salesforce into a business-driving tool, empowering the company to reach revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
- Lead the digital transformation by integrating Salesforce for modernizing sales, marketing, and service processes.
- Champion the use of AI and automation through Salesforce’s tools to enhance the customer experience.
Innovator at Heart
- Identify opportunities for leveraging new Salesforce features and technologies (like Einstein AI, low-code solutions, and mobile access) to stay ahead of the competition.
- Align Salesforce with broader business strategies, ensuring customer-first initiatives that drive personalized experiences and deeper engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Decision Making: Analyze financial indicators and make timely, impactful decisions.
- Team Building & Talent Development: Foster collaboration, innovation, and growth within your global team.
- Customer-Centric IT: Align Salesforce solutions to enhance the customer journey and engagement.
- Visionary Roadmap: Design and communicate a multi-year roadmap to align IT initiatives with evolving business goals.
What You Bring:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Extensive experience in CRM, Salesforce, and commercial applications, along with strong managerial and budgetary experience.
- A broad business perspective and a proven track record of driving innovation and digital transformation.
- Experience in managing IT supplier relationships, project portfolio management, and developing long-term strategic roadmaps.
What We Offer:
