What You’ll Do:As a Consulting Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional solutions and driving the success of our customers. Here’s how:

  • Pre-Sales Technical Expertise: Deliver hands-on, in-depth technical consultation and solution design to meet the unique needs of each customer. Help them harness Juniper's products for their next-generation networking challenges.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with sales teams, partners, and customers to assess opportunities, ensuring that the right Juniper solutions align with their business and technical goals.
  • Innovative Presentations: Showcase Juniper technologies in action during product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and technical sales presentations, leaving customers excited about the possibilities.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with IT decision-makers, strengthening Juniper’s position as their trusted networking partner.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously learn about the latest technologies in cloud, AI, IoT, and security. Keep your skills sharp and bring fresh insights to customers.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ Years of Experience: A proven track record in a technical or pre-sales role, with expertise in LAN/WAN, Cloud, Data Center, Security, and Wireless solutions.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Networking Expertise: Hands-on experience with Juniper or other leading networking solutions, including routing, switching, and security technologies.
  • Customer-Facing Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation abilities that allow you to engage with clients and industry partners effectively.
  • Technical Depth: Deep understanding of networking technologies such as MPLS, VPNs, Campus and Data Center design, and security protocols (NGFW, IPSec, SIEM).

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in Cloud Technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • DevOps knowledge with tools like Ansible, Python, and Chef.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Virtualization, OpenStack, and 5G.
