What You'll Do:

???? Shape the Future of Smart Products:
Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, creating a winning product roadmap for controls and connected products.

???? Define Digital Innovation:
Lead strategic development of controls, connectivity requirements, app experiences, digital tools, and sensor technologies to deliver customer-centric solutions.

???? Forge Strategic Partnerships:
Collaborate with external partners to implement groundbreaking solutions for utilities and end customers.

???? Drive Enterprise UX Solutions:
Develop multi-device support experiences that prioritize user-centric designs.

???? Cross-Functional Leadership:
Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and purchasing to drive cost reductions while growing product portfolio profitability.

???? Benchmark to Innovate:
Conduct competitive research and analysis to identify product gaps and deliver superior solutions.

What You Bring:

? Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration
• 7+ years in product management, marketing, sales, or engineering
• Proven track record of launching products and new features across web, iOS, and Android platforms

? Technical Prowess:

• Deep understanding of smart home ecosystems and building management systems
• Experience in advanced technology areas such as AI/ML and IoT
• Familiarity with agile software development

? Creativity Meets Strategy:

• Passion for creating innovative, customer-focused products
• Strong ability to lead, communicate, and influence across cross-functional teams

? Bonus Points:

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the HVAC/Water Heating industry or with smart grid technologies
• Knowledge of utility business models and connected home technologies
