What You'll Do:
As a Generative AI Platform & Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll be the architect behind Cargill’s next wave of AI-driven innovation. You’ll design and maintain cutting-edge AI infrastructure that empowers data scientists, engineers, and product managers to create transformative solutions. From model training to deployment, your work will drive advancements that touch billions of lives worldwide.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable Generative AI platforms and infrastructure for enterprise applications.
• Design, develop, and deploy automated infrastructure components using modern cloud and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, GenAI engineers, and business stakeholders to identify key development opportunities for AI solutions.
• Solve complex technical challenges and continuously enhance platform capabilities.
• Stay at the forefront of AI technology trends, championing innovation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience building GenAI or ML platform systems.
• Expertise in the ML model development lifecycle: data prep, model training, evaluation, and serving.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex infrastructure needs.
