What You'll Do:
- Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct data manipulation, analyze results, and present actionable insights for customer product evaluations, proactive sales strategies, and product development.
- Process Optimization: Leverage analytical best practices to execute product tests, validate data, and monitor product performance.
- Innovative Problem-Solving: Apply AI, machine learning, and data visualization techniques to tackle complex challenges in the insurance and financial sectors.
- Storytelling with Data: Create compelling presentations that translate complex analytics into clear, meaningful insights for diverse audiences.
- Team Collaboration: Work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects, sharing expertise and contributing to a supportive team environment.
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on data analysis, data manipulation, and experience with AI and ML techniques.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, R, or equivalent analytic software; experience with cloud technologies like Azure and Databricks is a plus.
- Data Wizardry: Ability to manipulate and merge large datasets in distributed computing environments.
- Visualization Skills: Strong proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex results to non-technical audiences.
