What You’ll Do:

• Drive Innovation: Partner with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into analytical approaches, driving solutions for keying and linking processes.
• Data Strategy: Develop scalable solutions for large datasets using Google Cloud technologies, including BigQuery and DataFlow with Spark or PySpark.
• Entity Resolution Expertise: Craft search systems and data matching techniques that form the backbone of business intelligence.
• Data Storytelling: Package, summarize, and visualize analytical findings, delivering actionable insights to internal and external customers.
• Collaborate & Solve: Work cross-functionally in a matrix organization, even under ambiguous circumstances, to design and implement innovative data strategies.

What You Bring:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Data Mastery: 2-5 years of data science experience with 1-2 years in search, matching, and entity resolution. Experience with large datasets (multi-TB to PB).
• Programming Expertise: Proficiency in Shell scripting, Python or Perl, and SQL.
• Analytical Problem-Solving: Strong ability to design algorithms for data cleaning, clustering, and pattern recognition.

• Cloud Expertise: Google Cloud certification or hands-on experience with BigQuery and DataFlow technologies.
• Entity Resolution Savvy: Advanced understanding of entity resolution concepts, graph theory, and AI/ML tools to tackle large-scale business problems.
• Data Visualization & Storytelling: Ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives that inform decision-making.
• Credit Bureau Knowledge: Experience working with credit bureau data.
