What You'll Do:

• Lead Platform Evolution: Define and lead end-to-end technical solutions and strategies, shaping the architectural capabilities of AT&T’s technology platform.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with enterprise architects, system engineers, and development teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Design for Scalability: Architect microservices solutions that deliver seamless experiences for millions of users.
• Foster Technical Excellence: Establish best practices for technology, design, and infrastructure to ensure code reuse and system scalability.
• Innovation Driver: Evaluate emerging technologies and guide their adoption to keep AT&T at the forefront of industry advancements.

What You Bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Expertise: 10+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, or development roles, with 8+ years designing systems using microservices architecture.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced knowledge in Java, Open Source environments, and cloud technologies such as Azure, with experience in AI/ML being a big plus.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to influence design practices and facilitate collaboration in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.
• Visionary Problem Solver: Proven ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies to craft forward-thinking solutions.
