Who You'll Work With:
As the Director of AI and Analytics, reporting to the Chief Data Officer, you’ll lead strategic initiatives to develop advanced data-driven capabilities. You'll partner with client-facing teams, including QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, and internal functions, transforming insights into actionable results.
You will guide a multidisciplinary community of AI and data experts while playing a pivotal role in defining how McKinsey evolves as a leader in strategic insights.
Your Impact:

???? Lead the AI Vision:
- Define and execute the vision for AI and analytics aligned with McKinsey’s strategic goals.
- Embed AI-driven insights into leadership decision-making processes.

- Oversee scalable AI/ML model development for solving complex business challenges.
- Develop reusable platform components, enabling faster innovation.

What We’re Looking For:
? Academic & Technical Mastery:
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in computer science, data science, AI, or related fields.
? Proven Experience:
- 15+ years in AI, analytics, and data-driven transformation.
- Track record of leading large multidisciplinary teams and delivering strategic value.
? Visionary Leadership:
- Strong communicator who can inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in consulting or similar industries preferred.
