What You'll Do:

- Lead the strategy and execution for AI, automation, and low-code/no-code platforms to reimagine the employee experience.
- Drive transformation by identifying high-impact opportunities to accelerate workforce velocity and automation.

- Partner with stakeholders across Intuit to deeply understand employee needs and pain points.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and platform teams to deliver integrated, innovative solutions that empower employees.
- Manage strategic vendor relationships, including partners like Zoom, Google Workspace, and ServiceNow, to influence technology roadmaps and build game-changing solutions.
