What You'll Do:

???? Be the Visionary for AI-Powered Workforce Technology:

  • Lead the strategy and execution for AI, automation, and low-code/no-code platforms to reimagine the employee experience.
  • Drive transformation by identifying high-impact opportunities to accelerate workforce velocity and automation.

???? Collaborate & Innovate:

  • Partner with stakeholders across Intuit to deeply understand employee needs and pain points.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and platform teams to deliver integrated, innovative solutions that empower employees.
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships, including partners like Zoom, Google Workspace, and ServiceNow, to influence technology roadmaps and build game-changing solutions.

???? Deliver Results with Data-Driven Insights:

  • Use analytics to define success metrics, measure impact, and inform ongoing improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze workforce technology usage trends, discovering opportunities for improvement and innovation.

  • Evangelize how technology can unlock value for employees and fuel business growth.

What You Bring:

???? Deep Expertise:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a product manager with a focus on AI-powered solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering transformational employee experiences and enterprise software products.

???? Innovative Mindset:

  • Passion for exploring and implementing AI, RPA, and automation technologies.
  • Innate curiosity and the ability to dive deep into complex platform products.

???? Strong Technical Acumen:

  • Background in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers to create best-in-class products.
