Location: Bethlehem, PA
Targeted Salary Range: $49,800 - $59,800

Position Summary:

As a QC Laboratory Associate I, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Quality Control Department, ensuring the highest standards for our medical products. You’ll perform analytical testing, validate processes, and maintain our commitment to safety and quality. This position is perfect for someone looking to grow in the dynamic field of healthcare.

What You’ll Do:

• Support Quality: Assist in the preparation and updating of test methods, specifications, and procedures.
• Conduct Testing: Engage in chemical testing activities and document results accurately.
• Data Management: Update training activities and track daily testing metrics using our SAP system.
• Adhere to Standards: Follow good laboratory practices and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside supervisors and peers to meet department objectives.

Who You Are:

• Educational Background: High school diploma or GED required; an associate's or technical degree is preferred.
• Experience: 0-2 years of related experience; applicable industry certifications are a plus.
• Skills: Knowledge of quality control principles, ability to follow detailed instructions, and a commitment to teamwork and safety.
