What You’ll Do:
- Lead the development of AI models and solutions with a focus on responsible and ethical practices.
- Evaluate and apply responsible AI dimensions, such as fairness, transparency, and privacy, in real-world AI systems.
- Optimize and maintain existing AI systems to ensure they meet ethical and technical standards.
- Engage with clients to explain and demonstrate the importance of Responsible AI, while guiding them through AI risks and mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to the creation of best practices, internal guidelines, and technical resources to ensure the highest standard of AI development.
- Keep pace with industry trends, regulations, and emerging AI technologies, ensuring that Accenture remains a thought leader in the responsible AI space.
What You Need:
- 5+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML models using advanced algorithms (e.g., Regression, Neural Networks, NLP, Computer Vision).
- 5+ years of proficiency in Python, with experience in frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- 4+ years of experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- 2+ years of experience in Responsible AI, with a focus on evaluating and mitigating AI risks.
- A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or similar, or equivalent experience.

- Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) solutions (e.g., prompt engineering, fine-tuning).

- Certifications in Responsible AI or Cloud Technologies.
- Industry expertise in Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, or others.

- Compensation varies depending on location and experience (salaries range from $68K to $220K across the U.S.).
- Travel Requirements: Up to 100% travel may be required, depending on client needs.
