Position: Manager Quality Excellence (Digitalization, Systems & Data)
As the Manager of Quality Excellence, you will be at the heart of our Quality 4.0 transformation, leading the charge in integrating cutting-edge technology into our Quality Management System (QMS). Lead QMS Development & Maintenance: Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of an effective and efficient Quality Management System (QMS) and Document Management System (DMS). Your goal? To create an integrated management system that ensures consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
Manage Quality Documentation: Organize and maintain key quality documentation, ensuring controlled access and consistent application of quality standards across all locations.
Process & Data Management: Evaluate and enhance the CAQ tools/applications to ensure they align with our quality and process management needs. You’ll work on AI-based analysis of data to drive insights and create customized, structured reports.
Continuous Improvement: Develop and maintain an audit system for part, process, and system compliance to foster a continuous improvement culture. You’ll also help implement standard defect types and inspection instructions to streamline quality operations.
Training & Support: Lead training initiatives, empower local teams, and ensure the ongoing success of digital systems to meet evolving business requirements.
