Position: Manager Quality Excellence (Digitalization, Systems & Data)

As the Manager of Quality Excellence, you will be at the heart of our Quality 4.0 transformation, leading the charge in integrating cutting-edge technology into our Quality Management System (QMS). This is your opportunity to shape the future of quality in manufacturing and be an essential part of our continuous improvement and innovation journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead QMS Development & Maintenance: Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of an effective and efficient Quality Management System (QMS) and Document Management System (DMS). Your goal? To create an integrated management system that ensures consistency, accuracy, and compliance.

• Manage Quality Documentation: Organize and maintain key quality documentation, ensuring controlled access and consistent application of quality standards across all locations.

• Process & Data Management: Evaluate and enhance the CAQ tools/applications to ensure they align with our quality and process management needs. You’ll work on AI-based analysis of data to drive insights and create customized, structured reports.

• Continuous Improvement: Develop and maintain an audit system for part, process, and system compliance to foster a continuous improvement culture. You’ll also help implement standard defect types and inspection instructions to streamline quality operations.

• Training & Support: Lead training initiatives, empower local teams, and ensure the ongoing success of digital systems to meet evolving business requirements.

What You’ll Need:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical or science-related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in quality systems, data analysis, and document management.
• Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement focus.
  • Proven experience in audit certifications like IATF, ISO 9001, or similar.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret quality standards and operating procedures.

• Physical Demands: Occasional standing, walking, and sitting. Some visual requirements for close and distance vision.
