What You'll Do:
As a strategic leader, you’ll:

- Develop creative solutions for change management initiatives and organizational transformations.
Organizational Effectiveness & Design:
- Optimize team structures, roles, and workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Assess and enhance collaboration strategies through cutting-edge HR tech solutions and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Design, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of HR experience with expertise in organizational effectiveness, design, employee relations, and change management.
- Proven experience leveraging technology and AI to transform HR practices.
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional influencing and coaching skills to build relationships and drive change at all levels.
- SHRM-CP or SCP certification preferred or willingness to obtain within one year.
