What You'll Do:

As a strategic leader, you’ll:

Talent & Leadership Development:

  • Deliver impactful leadership programs that inspire growth and development.
  • Manage succession planning to build a strong talent pipeline.

Organizational & Professional Development:

  • Craft innovative learning solutions, including AI-enhanced coaching and leadership programs.
  • Empower managers to create a culture of continuous learning and career growth.

Performance & Employee Engagement:

  • Lead a data-driven performance management cycle aligned with strategic goals.
  • Develop creative solutions for change management initiatives and organizational transformations.

Organizational Effectiveness & Design:

  • Optimize team structures, roles, and workflows for maximum efficiency.
  • Assess and enhance collaboration strategies through cutting-edge HR tech solutions and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Design, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of HR experience with expertise in organizational effectiveness, design, employee relations, and change management.
  • Proven experience leveraging technology and AI to transform HR practices.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional influencing and coaching skills to build relationships and drive change at all levels.
  • SHRM-CP or SCP certification preferred or willingness to obtain within one year.
