What You'll Do:

???? Deploy and Manage ML Models: Take machine learning models from data scientists and turn them into fully functional systems ready for deployment in both classified and unclassified environments.
???? Build Robust Systems: Design scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support machine learning models at massive scale.
?? Automate and Optimize: Develop automation processes for model deployment, scaling, and performance monitoring to ensure models operate effectively in production.
????? Continuous Improvement: Leverage CI/CD best practices to enhance reliability, auditability, and security across machine learning operations.
???? Innovate and Collaborate: Identify new technologies, stay on top of industry trends, and collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to build the next generation of AI-driven solutions.


Your Skillset:

???? MLOps Expertise: Experience in building and deploying end-to-end ML systems as an ML DevOps Engineer or Platform Engineer.
???? Tech-Savvy: Strong knowledge of MLOps tools like MLFlow or Azure Machine Learning, and fluency in Python.
?? Cloud Platforms: Expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP, including experience with containers and Kubernetes in cloud environments.
???? Data Security & Compliance: You know how to design and deploy secure, compliant machine learning models in sensitive, high-stakes environments.
???? Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable translating complex business needs into technical solutions, while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive project success.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years in data engineering, MLOps, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
  • Must hold a TOP SECRET//SCI clearance and be a U.S. citizen.
  • Experience in the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community is a big plus.
  • A passion for AI, a curiosity to push boundaries, and a drive to make a real-world impact in national security.
