Compensation: $225,200 – $398,600 (On-Target Earnings) + Accelerators for overachievement

???? Proven Success in Sales: 10+ years of field sales experience, especially in Cloud, SaaS, or Big Data, with a track record of exceeding quotas.
???? Deep Relationships: You’ve built and nurtured relationships with key decision-makers, especially within Life Sciences, Health or Financial Services.
???? Tech Savvy: Ability to articulate complex cloud technologies and products with ease—Spark, big data, and AI are part of your everyday lexicon.
???? Big Picture Thinker: Experience navigating fast-moving, high-growth environments—ideally, you’ve worked with early-stage companies and know how to manage complex sales cycles.
???? Strategic Focus: You’re comfortable closing both quick wins and long-term strategic deals while effectively managing the sales pipeline.
???? Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with additional expertise in Life Sciences being a plus.
