Salary Range: $78,900 – $146,000 annually (Based on experience and location)

Your Role Will Include:

• Designing and building scalable data solutions using Big Data and cloud-oriented platforms.
• Developing frameworks to connect and align data sources across internal and external systems.
• Leading data transformation projects focused on creating a 360-person ecosystem.
• Ensuring data security, governance, and quality compliance for enterprise data solutions.
• Supporting MLOps pipelines for AI-driven solutions in cloud environments.
• Mentoring junior team members and guiding best engineering practices.

Who You Are:

? Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: You have 5+ years of experience in data platform development, big data, or cloud engineering.
? Cloud Expert: Deep understanding of GCP, Databricks, and cloud data warehousing (GCP preferred).
? Data Integration Guru: Hands-on experience with tools like Pub/Sub, Kafka, and MDM systems (Informatica preferred).
? Analytical Thinker: Proficient in SQL, Spark, Python, or related tools with a sharp eye for optimization.
? Healthcare or Finance Pro: Industry experience is a big plus.
? Leader and Mentor: A natural leader who enjoys guiding others while staying hands-on with the tech.
