???? What You’ll Do:

• Design and Lead: Develop and manage AI model risk frameworks that align with global regulatory standards and support the firm's strategic goals.
• Governance and Oversight: Establish processes to ensure models comply with Model Risk Management (MRM) frameworks and effectively manage model risk across the organization.
• Regulatory Compliance: Oversee audit and regulatory interactions and ensure proper documentation for AI/ML models in line with business and legal requirements.
• Strategic Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide strategic recommendations on AI governance, risk management, and operational improvements.

???? Your Key Responsibilities:

• AI Risk & Controls Framework: Develop globally consistent AI governance policies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Model Risk Inventory: Oversee AI/ML model inventory management, including data quality, reporting, and the assessment of quantitative processes.
• Risk Appetite & Tolerance: Establish and report on model risk appetite, ensuring alignment with group-level and entity-specific committees.
• Validation Center Leadership: Lead a strategic Validation Center of Excellence to perform independent quality assurance for AI/ML model validation.
• Audit and Regulatory Interaction: Manage responses and collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with evolving AI/ML standards.

• Proven experience in AI governance, model risk management, and compliance in financial services or technology.
• Expertise in model frameworks, risk assessments, and implementing strategic processes for governance.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for AI and ethical standards.
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and strategic oversight in complex, high-impact environments.
• Proficiency in AI/ML tools, risk analysis, and governance policies with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders.
