???? Role Overview:

As an AI Solution Architect, you will lead the design, architecture, and deployment of Data and AI products tailored to enhancing Deloitte’s Human Capital solutions. You will leverage the latest in AI technologies to create real-time insights and solutions that will empower organizations to drive and sustain employee performance, engagement, and growth.

???? What You’ll Do:

Strategic Alignment & Vision:

• Define the AI/ML/GenAI technical strategy, ensuring it supports Deloitte’s business transformation goals.
• Translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions, identifying innovative ways to solve complex challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.

Architectural Design & Technology Selection:

• Design a comprehensive AI Engineering framework to support the deployment, management, and scaling of machine learning models and GenAI solutions.
• Select the most appropriate technologies from open-source tools and commercial offerings based on integration needs and deployment models.
• Contribute to MLOps and LLMOps, driving operational excellence for AI/ML model deployment.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work with cross-functional teams including Enterprise Architects, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and business leaders to design and develop innovative solutions.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders to ensure alignment of AI strategies with future business requirements.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement:

• Guide the successful execution of AI-powered applications using agile methodologies.
• Continuously audit AI tools and practices, standardizing workflows and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to support scalability and security.

Risk Management & Ethical AI Implementation:

• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to mitigate AI risks and ensure adherence to ethical AI practices and emerging regulations.

Product Strategy & Business Understanding:

• Help AI product managers and business stakeholders grasp the potential and limitations of AI to drive new product innovations.
• Transform complex business problems into practical AI-driven solutions that deliver results.

???? What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in leading technical teams (onshore/offshore) and designing AI/ML solutions in enterprise settings.
• Extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks, cloud-native tools, and technologies like Generative AI, LLMs, and MLOps.
• Strong background in architecting AI applications and building scalable, secure AI systems using tools from AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Ability to lead AI projects from inception through to deployment, using your expertise to navigate complex business challenges and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• Experience with full system development life cycle implementations, and building AI models to optimize real-world problems.
