Your Mission:

???? AI Product Development & Strategy:

• Lead the full product lifecycle of AI-driven solutions, from strategic planning to deployment.
• Translate government challenges into detailed technical requirements and actionable solutions.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on research, user feedback, and market trends.

???? Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with data scientists, engineers, and software developers to deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product vision.

???? Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

• Define and track key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of the curve by integrating emerging AI trends and technologies.

What You Bring to the Table:

? Experience:

• 8+ years of product management for AI/ML software solutions
• 5+ years supporting DoD clients in a consulting or technical capacity
• Proven success in delivering AI products using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
• Strong background in managing budgets, risk, and timelines

? Expertise:

• Knowledge of AI technologies, including LLMs, NLP, computer vision, and machine learning frameworks
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and performance optimization

? Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science
• Secret clearance required
• PMP or Scrum Master Certification preferred
