What You’ll Do:

???? Solution Design: Architect scalable, end-to-end big data solutions, from data ingestion to analytics, aligning with performance and business goals.
???? Technology Evaluation: Select and recommend top-tier big data technologies and frameworks.
???? Data Integration: Build seamless data pipelines from diverse sources like databases, streaming platforms, and APIs.
? Performance Optimization: Analyze and enhance system performance by identifying bottlenecks and resource utilization strategies.
???? Scalability & Reliability: Develop fault-tolerant systems capable of handling massive data volumes and concurrent users.
????? Documentation & Communication: Craft architecture diagrams and solution blueprints for clear communication across teams.
???? Team Leadership: Mentor engineers and developers on cloud-native architecture and best practices.

What You’ll Bring:

? Experience & Technical Skills:

• 8+ years in IT, with hands-on expertise in Java, Python, JavaScript, or Golang.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and associated technologies (Kafka, OpenSearch, ELK stack).
• Proficiency in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• In-depth understanding of cloud architecture (preferably AWS).
• Strong grasp of security standards, data storage technologies, and CI/CD practices.

? Leadership & Problem-Solving:

• Experience guiding teams on design tradeoffs and technology strategies.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to executive leadership.

? Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Tanzu Kubernetes Grid or services.
• Operationalizing AI/ML models.
• PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
