What You'll Do:

???? Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and coach a team of data scientists and analysts to deliver high-impact machine learning and AI solutions.
???? Business Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to define key deliverables and translate business needs into actionable data science solutions.
???? Innovation & Deployment: Oversee the development and deployment of scalable, accurate machine learning models.
???? Insight Delivery: Present complex analytical insights in simple, impactful terms to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
???? Resource Optimization: Allocate resources for discovery, development, and delivery of advanced analytics projects.

What We're Looking For:

? Educational Background:

• Master’s Degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
• PhD and/or MBA preferred.

? Experience:

• 5+ years in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Hands-on experience managing hybrid teams through all project development stages.

? Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

? Leadership & Communication:

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Adept at project management and handling competing priorities.
