As the Sr. Manager, Continuous Improvement (CI), you’ll take a leadership role in driving transformative initiatives across our multi-site US DC network, focusing on continuous improvement within ecommerce and retail operations. From leveraging cutting-edge automation to optimizing processes and systems, your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing performance and delivering operational excellence.
You’ll report directly to the Sr. Director of CI & Engineering, and work in close collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and customers to execute strategic improvement programs that will elevate our operations to the next level.
???? Drive Improvement Initiatives: Lead and scale operational improvement projects across DC operations by applying frameworks like Lean/Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, and industrial engineering techniques.
???? Optimize Automation: Partner with global experts to implement automation in both process administration and material handling, using AI, RPA, and material handling systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
???? Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize system data to spot trends, pinpoint improvement opportunities, and collaborate with both the customer and internal teams for data-backed decisions.
???? Oversee KPIs & Metrics: Track key performance indicators to ensure continuous progress and performance in all aspects of operations.
