Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven Experience: 8+ years in project management, with at least 4 years focused on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated success in managing high-performing teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and integrations.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to align technology projects with business goals and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications: PMP, ITIL, or relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
