As a ServiceNow HRSD Solutions Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting innovative ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions that empower employees and streamline organizational workflows. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure that every solution you design aligns seamlessly with business goals while enhancing the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, from concept to deployment, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with HR, IT, and business leaders to understand requirements, identify challenges, and develop scalable, tailored solutions.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of developers, analysts, and architects, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Innovation and Optimization: Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to implement cutting-edge HR workflows, portals, and automation tools.
  • Project Execution: Define project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure all solutions align with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Measure the performance of deployed solutions and identify areas for enhancement to drive operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 8+ years in HR technology implementation, with at least 3 years specializing in ServiceNow HRSD. Proven track record of managing enterprise-level projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of ServiceNow HRSD modules, including case and knowledge management, employee centers, and integrations.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams, manage stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Communication: Clear and compelling communicator, capable of translating technical concepts into business insights.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-HR) is highly preferred.
