What You'll Do

  • Lead Development Projects: Design and develop robust ServiceNow applications and modules tailored to business needs.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with stakeholders, including IT, HR, and operations teams, to identify system requirements and solutions.
  • Optimize and Enhance: Develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable workflows and processes on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve ServiceNow configurations and features.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain system integrity, security protocols, and align configurations with organizational standards and best practices.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior developers and collaborate with peers to foster an innovative and collaborative environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive Expertise: Proven experience with ServiceNow development, including custom application creation, scripting, and integrations.
  • Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, or related frameworks.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: A solution-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Certifications (Preferred): ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
