• Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable, effective solutions.

What You Bring

• Proven expertise as a ServiceNow Architect with a track record of delivering complex implementations.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and more.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow integration frameworks, data models, and custom application development.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• A problem-solving mindset, coupled with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, or Certified Application Developer are highly valued.
