What You'll Be Doing

  1. Strategic Leadership

    • Develop and execute a strategic vision for the ServiceNow platform to align with business goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and workflow optimization.
  2. Platform Development & Management

    • Lead the design, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and more.
    • Ensure the platform is maintained, upgraded, and enhanced according to organizational needs.
  3. Team Collaboration & Mentorship

    • Manage and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.
    • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  4. Performance & Reporting

    • Oversee performance metrics, user adoption, and system health.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations through regular reporting.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Manager or similar leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including core modules and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across all levels.
