What You’ll Do:

As the Grant Project Manager, you will:

• Lead with Impact: Oversee daily operations of the AI-focused grant project, ensuring the timely execution of activities.
• Manage Resources: Supervise and coordinate project staff, including consultants, to achieve project goals.
• Optimize Budgets: Administer the grant budget to align with project objectives and funding requirements.
• Track Success: Maintain participant database systems for evaluation and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate for Innovation: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful AI project services.
• Drive Compliance: Ensure all activities meet College and funding agency policies.
• Amplify Impact: Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for sharing project outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Requirements:

• Master’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience
• Strong background in grant management, including budgeting and reporting
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-activity projects (experience in education settings preferred)
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and relevant project management tools
• Data-driven problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience fostering relationships among faculty, staff, and external partners
• Flexible schedule availability, including occasional evening or weekend assignments
