As an AI Specialist Leader, you'll:

• Innovate Healthcare: Architect AI solutions for hospital operations, diagnostic imaging, and Generative AI applications, transforming patient care delivery.
• Lead AI Strategy: Build and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare leaders and alliance partners to drive AI adoption.
• Engage Clients: Translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive Business Development: Shape and deliver AI solutions while spearheading technical strategies to support business growth.
• Inspire Excellence: Lead interdisciplinary teams of data scientists, engineers, and solution architects to deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Thought Leadership: Represent Deloitte as an AI expert in healthcare, crafting proposals, presentations, and executive briefings.

???? What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s, Ph.D., or M.D. preferred in STEM fields, with expertise in AI applications for life sciences and healthcare
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, or biotech sectors
• 5+ years in advanced ML and deep learning techniques (CNNs, RNNs, GANs) and model tuning
• Proven track record in AI strategy, deployment, and enterprise relationship development
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed

Preferred Expertise:

• Deep knowledge of healthcare operational challenges and opportunities
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven solutions for medical imaging and diagnostics
