- Design Learning Programs: Develop role-based curricula that aligns with sales competency frameworks to deliver impactful, dynamic, and predictive training solutions.

- Program Excellence: Define and implement evaluation methodologies to measure the effectiveness of training programs, using data to continuously optimize.

- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, or related field

- LMS/CMS management and vendor relationship expertise
