As Global IT Finance Solution Owner, you'll lead the charge in transforming finance operations through cutting-edge IT solutions. With your expertise in SAP and non-SAP platforms, you'll craft and execute the roadmap for finance innovation while optimizing processes that fuel smarter business decisions.

???? Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute IT strategies for finance functions, translating business objectives into innovative solutions.
• Tech Leadership: Be the go-to expert for finance technologies, including SAP S/4 HANA and integrations with tools like HighRadius, Blackline, and Celonis.
• Solution Design: Drive end-to-end project delivery while ensuring system integrity and seamless integration.
• Process Optimization: Lead finance process modeling and business case development to enhance operational efficiency.
• Innovation Champion: Partner with Enterprise Architecture to integrate AI, RPA, and machine learning technologies for maximum impact.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional leaders to align IT solutions with business goals.
• Industry Insights: Stay on top of market trends, leveraging them to maintain a competitive edge in finance technologies.

• Experience: 10+ years in IT leadership, including SAP implementations and finance solution delivery.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of finance processes and SAP functionalities, including GL, AR, AP, Treasury, and Group Reporting.
• Innovative Vision: Familiarity with AI, automation, and data analytics tools like Power BI and SAC.
• Leadership: Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful IT solutions.
• Problem Solver: Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a passion for innovation.
• Preferred: Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
