???? Lead Strategic Innovation:
- Architect a 3-5 year vision to revolutionize Source-to-Pay processes
- Implement industry best practices in procurement and materials management
- Drive automation and efficiency through emerging technologies
???? Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Develop, manage, and analyze key metrics and KPIs for the entire department
- Leverage Power BI, SAP, and Ariba for actionable insights
- Perform deep root cause analyses to ensure operational excellence
???? Process Transformation:
- Standardize procurement and supply chain processes across the organization
- Design scalable solutions for process optimization and governance
- Champion cross-functional collaboration with IT, Finance, and Operations
???? Technology Enablement:
- Evaluate and implement leading technologies, including AI and Machine Learning
- Lead business cases for technology upgrades that enhance competitive advantage
???? What You Bring:
- Experience:
- 8+ years in supply chain, procurement, or materials management
- Deep knowledge of demand/supply planning and Source-to-Pay processes
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in SAP MM, Procurement Modules, Power BI, and Ariba
- Data mining and advanced analytics skills
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Results-driven, with a passion for continuous improvement
