- AI/ML Expertise: Deep knowledge in supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and natural language processing.
- Coding Pro: Proficiency in Python, R, or Java, with strong experience in developing AI/ML systems.
- Big Picture Thinker: Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical and executive stakeholders.
- Data Wizard: Strong skills in data analysis, statistical modeling, and applying AI-driven insights for business transformation.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, including engineers and developers, to deliver complex AI solutions.
- Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and IT infrastructure.
- Collaboration: Proven success working in multicultural, multi-disciplinary teams, and the ability to drive consensus in diverse settings.
- Consulting Experience: At least 2 years in a consulting role, advising clients and driving AI strategy.
