???? Experience: 6+ years in scientific and laboratory informatics, with expertise in R&D or quality control manufacturing.
???? Degree: Bachelor’s in Life Science (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology), Computer Science, or Engineering (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering).
???? Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of digital technologies and their application in laboratory settings (AI, automation, IoT, cloud, etc.).
???? Travel: Must be open to up to 50% travel to client locations.
???? Consulting Experience: Previous experience working for consulting firms or in scientific informatics consulting is a plus.
???? Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale transformation projects.
