• Leadership Experience: 6+ years leading IT technical teams.
• Technical Mastery: 4+ years of .Net and SQL Server application development.
• Data Expertise: 2+ years of data modeling, analysis, and Azure technology experience.
• AI & Integration: 1+ year leveraging AI tools and developing APIs.
• Agile & DevOps Know-How: Familiarity with modern development methodologies.
• Security Focus: Strong commitment to secure and compliant solutions.

Preferred:
