What You'll Do:

• Lead innovation: Build and deploy conversational systems using advanced LLMs for healthcare applications.
• Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and transform them into AI solutions.
• Explore: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, researching multi-modal LLMs and generative AI technologies.
• Create: Prototype, test, and improve models to optimize system performance and user experience.

What You Bring:

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in data science, statistics, biomedical informatics, computer science, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompting, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Strong Python programming skills.
• 2+ years of experience developing AI/ML applications, preferably in healthcare.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Ph.D. in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch and deep learning architectures.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices.
