As a Research Associate, you’ll be the go-to problem solver, providing research that helps investment professionals make informed decisions. You’ll proactively explore industry, economic, and demographic trends, uncovering actionable insights that drive our investments forward.

- Solve Complex Research Problems: Deliver synthesized, comprehensive research to deal teams and investment professionals in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
- Creative Data Partnerships: Identify and evaluate external research and data providers to enhance decision-making.
- Proactive Insight Discovery: Collaborate with investment teams to anticipate ongoing information needs, spotting opportunities for creative research support.
- Trend Tracking: Maintain a pulse on industry developments and evolving market trends.

What You Bring to the Table:
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or a fast-paced research environment.
- Strong research expertise with tools such as Factiva, LexisNexis, S&P Capital IQ, Gartner, or similar resources.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Self-motivation, a strong service orientation, and the ability to multi-task.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments.
Preferred Bonus Points:
- Master’s in Information Science.
- Expertise in healthcare, government, or public sector industries.
- Experience with AI-driven research processes.
- Research experience in European/Asian markets or additional language capabilities.
