Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual and on-site property surveys of high-value homes in Tucson and surrounding areas (70-100 mile radius).
- Professionally interact with homeowners and insurance agents via phone, email, and in-person.
- Document construction materials, unique features, and property characteristics.
- Measure homes and structures using tools such as a laser measure or tape.
- Estimate replacement values and identify potential hazards.
- Submit detailed reports via web-based platforms to Castle High Value.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with real estate, construction, insurance, or appraising is a plus.
- Willingness to complete a certification course (15 hours online).
- A service-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
